This is gambling with real tokens. Most pulls lose: 62.76% lose money, 8.00% return exactly the stake, 29.24% pay more. Over many pulls THE LADDER returns 95.000% of what is staked. Only stake what you can lose.

Who may play

You are 18 or older, 21 where the law says 21 (including the US).
Gambling is legal for you where you are. Do not use a VPN or anything else to get around that.
You use your own wallet and your own funds.

What a pull is

A pull is an on-chain transaction you sign in your own wallet. It cannot be undone, cancelled or charged back.
The outcome comes from MagicBlock VRF randomness and the published table (/math). Every result can be re-derived on /receipts.
Each pull also pays a randomness fee in SOL (0.0005, or 0.0008 at high priority) and the rent of the Bet account, which comes back when the account is closed.
If the randomness does not arrive within 750 slots (about 5 min; each pull keeps the window it was placed with), anyone can refund the stake to your wallet. The randomness fee is not refunded.
If your token account cannot receive a payout at settle time, the payout stays booked for you and can be claimed later.

THE JACKPOT

The 5% edge is swept into THE JACKPOT. When THE LAST GAMBLER's clock runs out while it is armed, 50% goes to the last qualifying wallet and the rest to the round's wallets by stake (the split in force at payout).
Your round share must be claimed within 30 days (each round keeps the window it closed with). After that the unclaimed part goes back into THE JACKPOT.

Risks

Losing. Short runs wander far from 95%. A losing streak is normal.
Smart-contract risk. The program is open source and its build can be verified, but no third-party audit has been published yet. A bug could lose funds held by the program.
Upgrades and admin. The program can still be upgraded by a multisig. The House admin can pause new pulls and change, within on-chain bounds: the odds table (RTP 90%–99%, only while paused with no pending pulls), the jackpot split, the sweep share, max bet share, minimum bet, clock settings, and the refund and claim windows for future pulls and rounds. No admin power moves tokens, and there is no withdraw instruction.
Third parties. Solana, the randomness provider, RPC providers and your wallet can fail or be slow. Pending pulls then resolve by refund.
Token price. $GAMBLE is a chip. Its market price can go to zero. Nothing here is financial advice.
No custody. We never hold your funds or keys. Lost keys mean lost funds.

The site

The site is provided as is, without warranties. It can be unavailable at any time; the program keeps working without it.
